Zhonglun Hamlet

Geographical Position:

Zhonglun Hamlet, with an area of 3.59 square kilometers, locates in the southwest of the village. It is adjacent with Xianzhuang Hamlet and Zhengan Hamlet on the east, with Dazhu Hamlet on the south, with Yuanlin Town on the west, and with Tong'an Hamlet on the north. Like Tong'an Hamlet that is north to the hamlet, Zhonglun Hamlet is also on the plains of Ba Gua Tai, with an altitude of between 240 to 320 meters. There are a lot of pits and vales in the hamlet, where rain water flows down from west to east on raining seasons, while the flat parts of the land become spray canals where water flows into Mao Luo Stream. And that is the biggest feature of the terrain. The big pits and vales in the hamlet from the north to the south include Nan Shi Pu Keng (Mu Zhu Ru Keng), Xianzhuang Keng and Gan Keng.

History of the Name:

Zhonglun refers to the highland that rises from the plains of Ba Gua Tai. The terrain is high in the south and low in the north, covering Tong'an Hamlet, Zhonglun Hamlet and Dazhu Hamlet. Compared with Lun Tail (relatively smaller in area) of Dazhu Hamlet and Lun Head (relatively larger in area) of Tong'an Hamlet, the hamlet of Zhonglun is in the middle part of the whole highland, thus it is called Lun Body.

Traffic arteries:

The main roads of the hamlet that extends outwards are maily 3: Da Zhang Road 1 st , 2 nd , and 3 rd (139 th Road) that goes from the south to the north and reaches Zhanghua City, Nanfeng Liao and the County Stadium; Xian An Road (Zhang 72 nd Road) that connects with Xianzhuang Hamlet and Yuan Cao Road (Zhang 148 th Road) that starts from the east hills of Yuanlin Town and extends to Cao Tun Town of Nan Tou County via Xi Tou Hamlet. What's more, there is an industry road called Cao Keng Lun Nong Road that connects the Populace Temple of Xia Zhang Kong Jing with Zhengan Hamlet.
