JinFen Hamlet
Geographical Position:
Jinfen Hamlet, with an area of 1.56 square kilometers, locates in the central part of the village. It is adjacent with Cao Tun Town on the east, with Xianzhuang Hamlet on the east part of its south and with Tong'an Hamlet on the west part of its south, with Da Cun Village on the west, with Fenyuan Hamlet on the north, and with Fenkeng Hamlet on the northeast. The hamlet is on the hillside east to Ba Gua Tai, with an altitude of between 60 and 80 meters. On the east, there flows Mao Luo Stream; on the south there is Xin Xin Keng canal that drives water from the west to the east to Xin Xin Bridge and then goes northwards into the branch of Mao Luo Stream; on the east part of its south, there is Shan Keng (Shi Shui Keng) and Fu Xin Keng (Hou Keng) in which waters flow past the southeast part of the hamlet into Mao Luo Stream. To the west of Shi Shui Keng, there is an irrigation system of Xi Tou Xia Bei, while on the part of Shi Shui Keng that is close to the north part of Niupu, there is Niu Chou Keng.
History of the Hamlet Name:
Jinfen Hamlet is the 6 th security office of Fenyuan district of Shekou Security Office during the early period of Japanese ruling, after which the Japanese Head Office in Tai Wan regulated the administration distribution for several times till the end of the 22rd year of Minguo (the 8 th year of Zhaohe, 1933), the ruling district was regulated for the last time. After Taiwan recovered its ruling power in the area, the name of Jinfeng Hamlet was used, till today.

The main roads of the hamlet that extend outwards are: Zhang Nan Road (Tai 14 th Ding Road) that extends to Zhang Hua City and Nan Tou; around Xin Xin Bridge, the southwestward Zhong Shan Road that is connected with Zhang Nan Road extends to Da Zhang Road (Zhang 139 th Road) that is on the west of Tong'an Hamlet and goes further to Da Cun and Yuanlin; other roads include the westward Jin An Road that passes Xin Xin Bridge and goes to Da Zhang Road; Zhong Hua Road that connects Jinfen community activity center with Niupu via Fenshu Jiao. And roads that extends from Baozang Temple include Bao Shan Road that connects with Zhang Nan Road , Huan Si Road that connects with Shi Shui Keng Nong Road . Also a road that goes from Shekou to Nan Feng Liao connects with Da Zhang Road .
