BaoCang Temple, also called Saint Goddness Shrine, located in NO.100, 135 alley, third section of ZhangNan Rd in FenJin Hamlet of this village, is the earliest temple ever built in this village. The temple covers 150 pin and takes Mazu as its greatest Protector. It enjoys equal popularity with LongShan Temple in ZhangHua, BiShan Cliff of NanTou Temple, QingShui Cliff in TianZhong Village and HuShan Cliff in HuaChan Village, which is called Three Cliffs and Two Temples. At present the temple has its own committee.

　In period of Qianlong of Qing Dynasty, all kinds of diseases prevailed this place. When the palgue attacked, the disciples asked for the indication of Mazu and thus got protection everytime. The villagers saw the might of Mazu as incredible, therefore discussed to build up a sculpture of Mazu and establish a temple for it so as to worship. The temple is called BaoCang Temple bacause of the mountain and spring behind and its unique location as well as the abbot in the eralier time. As the first temple of this village, it got a stele with The First of BaoShan on it from the predecessors.

　On one hand, the former director of the committee made use of his experience and relationship to try to make the temple listed on the national historic sites and cooperate with the chief of this village to develop the temple a tourist site.; on the other hand, he spared no efforts in applying for the fund of repairing and maintaining from the Ministry of Interior and making it listed as historic site. Approved by Ministry of Interior, this temple was officially listed as one of national historic sites of three class and meantime appropreciated the fund applied.

　The repaired and extended BaoCang Temple, including the Temple of Emperor of Heaven, will put Kwan-yin in the front hall, Mazu the back hall and Emperor of Heaven the hall the hall on the second floor. This project will begin on Apr14th, 84 ROC and complete on Jan8th, 86 ROC.
