To improve the quaility of the air, the Environment Protection Bureau of Administrative Department decides to set up Air Quality Purifying Area(or called Environmental Protection Park ) with the help of Anti-Air Pollution Fund. The local government should first select proper area depending on the local environmental features and sources of pollution then report the design of Environmental Protection Park.

　Our hamlet is selected in the urban plan and the Environmental Protection Park would be set up at the three places pointed by the government. The park is the first environmental protection park in the province whose fee of plan, design, building and young plant raising is totally supplied by Environmental Protection Bureau. The fee of management, environmental protection and long term investigation in budgeted by hamlet committee.

The expected effects of the Environmental Protection Park that occur.

•  The park offers the Fenyuan hamlet people a place to do the entertainments.

•  The overall environmental bueaty and afforestation would attract the people to come close and enjoy.

　 It is hard to overcome the public pollution, if we only depend on the effort of governmental environmental protection units. However, we need the optimistic support from all the field of the society. Because whether the social optimistic support is available totally depends on the society's awareness of the public pollution. Thus, we hope that the completion of the park would shorten the distance between people and environmental protection units and not only continuously enhance the local living quality but also promote the passion of people to join and help the implementations of every environmental protection activities.
